sad news and other stuff

I was sad to see Brooke go on American Idol tonight. She was my fav and it was sad to see her sad. Anyways, I just had to get that out! I feel better now!
I am so tired but am having a hard time getting myself to the bed for some reason.
Today was ok but I totally threw off the schedule when I met a friend for a playdate and didn't come home til after naptime. Then my Dad visited for a while which was really nice cause we don't see him much. Micah was loving saying "Papa" over and over. He's so stinkin cute and is just talkin like crazy lately.
I think Lydi is finally detoxed from a weekend away from us(she was w/Granny for most of it) and we need to start preparing for another detox next week. My Mom will be staying w/ her and Micah this weekend while Jon, Nate, and I drive to Georgia for a wedding. One of my best friends from childhood is getting married. She is one of the "Fabulous Five", as we called ourselves back in the day. We've been friends since we were like 11 or 12. As of right now, this will be a Fab 5 reunion cause we're all planning to be there so I'm really excited! Please keep us in your prayers for the trip.( As for the whole detox I spoke of, I'm talking about attitude adjustments, authority reminders, all that. She just seems to lose her brainsy when she's away for any length of time!)
Good night and love to all!

Hey, I found you - through Tiffany's blog. We always have major detox issues after Luke is away anywhere. Ah!!!!!!!!! It just about makes going away anywhere not worth it.

Have fun this weekend! I think to make the schedule work you have to allow yourself days to go off schedule, you have to be flexible. Sounds like you had a fun day.
I was sad for Brooke too. I really thought she would be in the top 3.
